7 Steps to staying positive
1. Avoid negative people
2. Think positive thoughts
3. Exercise
4. Have positive conversations
5. Smile :)
6. Eat healthy
7. Read positive affirmations

Staying positive can be hard, especially when bad things happen on a daily basis. These are the 7 steps that I constantly try to remind myself to follow. One of the best ways to set yourself apart from the rest of the world is to remain confident and positive in the midst of disaster. Strive to be the voice of reason, comfort and encouragement to the people in your life, not the pessimist that brings people down. Thoughts be come things.. Only put into the universe what you want to come back!! Happy Hump Day!
